TGuide S96 Automatizirani ekstraktor nukleinske kiseline prihvaća najnoviju metodu adsorpcije magnetskih šipki i prijenos magnetskih kuglica. Ploče sa 96 bunara i različite vrste reagensa za ekstrakciju magnetnih zrna primenjuju se za automatsko izdvajanje i prečišćavanje nukleinske kiseline iz 1-192 krvi/ćelija/tkiva/virusa i drugih uzoraka.

Ovaj ekstraktor može biti opremljen modulom od 24 fluksa koji se dobro prilagođava uzorcima velike zapremine. Opremljen je prethodno zapakiranim reagensima TIANGEN i može istovremeno izdvojiti 1-24 uzorka. Maksimalna zapremina uzorka kojom rukuje instrument je 5 ml. Posebno je pogodan za ekstrakciju slobodne nukleinske kiseline u serumu i plazmi. Ima visok prinos ekstrakcije i dobru čistoću, a može se koristiti u poljima kao što su otkrivanje tumora, NIPT itd.
